Nightmare on Chicago Street Costume Contest

We'll have over $500 in cash and Prizes!
Grand Prize wins an RCA 50" 4K LED TV!
 

• Register for the Costume Contest at Medusa's from 6pm to 9pm on Saturday, October 20th with JAKE on the first floor. You Must Register by 9pm to enter!

• We'll take a photo of you in your costume and get your contact information.
   

• The NOCS Costume Contest Judges will select 10-15 of the best costume finalists to enter the stage contest and send those finalists a text message to come back between 9:30-9:45 for the stage voting! We'll be selecting the top finalists, but the grand prize winner will be selected by the crowd on the main floor of Medusa's during the contest! Tell your friends to come
